Lavinia Genevieve Andronicus was born to Titus Julian Andronicus (55) and Elizabeth Caroline Andronicus neé Banner (37) on March 18, 1999 at 8:35 in the morning in New York, New York. She has four full-blooded brothers: her twin Mutius Alexander Andronicus, Lucius Felix Andronicus (5), Quintus Maxwell Andronicus (7), and Martius Octavius Andronicus (7). Not only that, she had 21 other brothers that were either adopted by her father in his youth or were products of his previous dalliances and one prior marriage. Titus was a very dedicated, talented general in the U.S. Marine Corps soon to be retiring and Elizabeth was a very talented pianist who not only traveled, but worked for the New York City Ballet Company. In the first few years of her life, Lavinia was a very happy child who was very loved by her parents, especially her mother. Elizabeth was caring and never strayed far from her children, especially after she had Lavi and Mutius as it was a difficult pregnancy and she nearly perished.

When Lavinia was three years old, her mother was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer and passed two months following her diagnosis despite being given a six month life expectancy.

In the years following Elizabeth's death, there was a change in Titus. They started to move around the country rather than staying in New York. Titus' intentions to retire seemed to be forgotten. Though he seemed harsher on his sons, his cruelty seemed to hyperfocus on his daughter. Lavinia suffered insurmountable physical and verbal abuse compared to her brothers. The only line of defense she had was comprised of Lucius and Mutius. They would hide her or try to argue on her behalf, though Mutius didn't start coming to her aid until they were in middle school and he understood more of what was going on with his sister.

In the year 2013, Titus moved the family back to New York City. By that time, Lucius, Quintus, and Martius had entered into the military (Martius and Lucius joining the army and Quintus joining the navy). Lavinia and Mutius were enrolled in a private school called Kaywood Academy. It was filled with kids of high status, and that included the son of Senator Valerius, a family friend of the Andronicus' due to Lavinia's Uncle Marcus, a Representative of the 12th district of New York. There, Lavinia got to know Bassianus. Soon after, in the spring of their Freshman year, Senator Valerius died. He had asked Marcus and Titus to keep an eye on Bassianus and his eldest son Saturninus, who at the time was 30 and planning to run for Senate in two years time. They agreed of course.

Thus, Bassianus came into the care of Titus, taking one of the many empty rooms in their loft. During this time period, he and Lavinia got clser and they started to date in secret. This went on for a little over a year before a problem arose. Titus and Saturninus had been meeting for drinks and conversation for more than a few months. Saturninus expressed interest in Lavinia, mentioning how she was a lovely girl, confident and outspoken. The conversation had planted an idea in Titus' head. Lavinia, in the past few years, had become more resistant and headstrong. He'd been pushing harder and harder for her to join the military, even threatening disownment if she did not do so. Titus saw how advantageous having the Valerius' as part of the family could be, and proposed that Saturninus marry Lavinia when she graduated college, never mind that he was 32, twice her current age.

On September 6th, 2015, Titus finally sat Lavinia down in his study to talk. "Talks" with Titus never meant good things usually, so Mutius had taken to listening outside the door. This time, however, he had dragged Bassianus along with him. They heard him telling Lavi about what he wanted from her, and before the girl could even open her mouth, they came in spitting, hissing, and nearly shouting. Bassianus took Lavinia out of the room, leaving Mutius to handle his father. Their verbal argument swiftly turned to a physical altercation, He shoved the boy, and then Mutius tripped. He hit his head on the corner of the desk just so and died nearly immediately due to blunt force head trauma. Titus called some friends he had who did more shady dealings in the city and had them dispose of the body.

Saturninus heard about the rejection, and ended up trying to drink away the sting of it all, not to mention how Lavinia was dating his brother. He quickly overcame his spurned lover routine once he met a woman named Tamora who, unbeknownst to him, was an enemy of the Andronicus family. She was the leader of a very prominent Mafia family in New York, and had a grudge against Titus for testifying against her son and having a hand in getting him the death penalty. Saturninus was her ticket for revenge.

This opportunity came in the form of a hunting trip to clear any bad blood between Saturninus and the Andronicus family. This included not only Titus and Lavinia, but Quintus and Martius who were on leave. Tamora with her two sons, Chiron and Demetrius, as well as her lover disguised as a personal assistant, Aaron, devised a plan. The second day of the trip, Lavinia and Bassianus had gone on a picnic, and they were cornered by Chiron and Demetrius. They subsequently murdered Bassianus and raped Lavinia. They then cut out the girl's tongue and brutally shattered her hands, 15 bones in one and 12 in another. Quintus and Martius were framed for it all due to a note placed by Aaron stating that they had plans to kill Bassianus and Saturninus. The case was then taken to court almost immediately. Aaron convinced Titus and Marcus that, due to Tamora's mafia connections, if one of them cut off their hand and sent it to Saturninus and Tamora, the boys would be spared. Titus was the one to do it, but it served no use. Saturninus was disturbed and offended. Heonly went further to incarcerate Titus' sons. They lost. They were sentenced to death for sexual assault and battery, assault of a minor, first degree murder, and threatening of a government official.

Months later, the Andronicus family got their revenge. Lavinia, despite her broken hands had used a book that told the story of Philomela to explain what had happened to her. Lucius had come home as soon as he heard what happened, and he was in on their plan as well as their Uncle Marcus and cousin, Publius. They'd gotten two of Titus' adopted sons, Caius and Valentine, to fire bullets engraved with scripture into Saturninus' penthouse. Considering him mad, Tamora convinced her sons to dress up as the spirits of "Rape", "Revenge", and "Murder" the night before they were set to go to Titus' for dinner and a discussion. They visited Titus, and Tamora left her sons alone, going to tell Saturninus about how ridiculous the man was. However, her sons were then tortured and killed. They were baked into meat pies and served at dinner the next day.

Tamora choked on her own vomit and suffocated. Aaron attacked Titus, but was then killed. Saturninus killed both Marcus and Titus. Lavinia, as weak and scared as she was, attacked Saturninus and killed him. She and Lucius packed up what they could and ran to Indiana. Lavi started Occupational Therapy and began studying ASL. She then entered IU's Social Work program, and has since graduated. She moved to Massachusetts and has been preparing for her Master's degree.

Lavinia is a very conventionally attractive girl. She is 5'4", and skinny, but muscular. She has long, straight blonde hair that is almost always in a ponytail or a braid. She has wide green eyes framed by long lashes. She dresses well most of the time and has a preference for skirts and button-ups when at work or in class. Since she was mute for so long, she takes great pride in her appearance and demeanor. Lavinia can almost always be found with at least some bit of makeup on, and her clothes are almost always clean and taken care of. She does need glasses, but mostly wears them at home. She wears contacts otherwise.

SHIFTING: Being a werewolf, she can take on shifting into a wolf form (be it only her teeth and claws, or full wolf). It can make the physical strengths she's gained through being turned magnified, even it's just changing her eyes or letting claws grow (good sense of smell, impeccable hearing, increased physical strength and speed).SELF-DEFENSE: She took some classes because of her father, but she doubled down on them after the accident. If she's in danger, she usually isn't one to shy away from throwing a punch or two. She also carries pepper spray and a knife on her. If she's at home, she has a gun, and she's not afraid to use it.INTELLIGENCE: She has a fairly high level of intelligence in terms of book smarts and social-emotional interaction. She always got good grades in school, and due to her own empathetic nature, she's very understanding and makes friends easily. Her fear of abandonment also factors into this, and she would put up with a lot just to make sure someone she loves doesn't leave.
